Regarding the publication deadlines, the only document that attests tothem is the edict published in the official corresponding Diary.
In relation to the content, should there be discrepancies between the documentation provided in person and the one published on the website, the first one will prevail.
As for the applicable regulation, it is Directive FOM/4003/2008, dated July 22, on General regulations and rules of the contracting procedures in the water, energy, transport and postal services areas and Act 30/2007, dated October 30, on Public Sector Contracts.
